This Notion doc is a template made to scope, prepare, manage and document your Bubble app project. Its content is organized around 4 chapters.

Chapter 1: Project Guidelines
This chapter gathers all materials from your client (brief, mockups, design system) that will help you to finely scope the project and produce an estimate as accurate as possible.

Chapter 2: General Instructions
In this chapter, I provide you best practices on how to organise workflow folders and colors of your Bubble app, as well as a naming convention for every object of your app (table, fields, custom states, option sets, …)

Chapter 3: Product Management
You’ll find in this chapter a whole structure of linked databases to manage your project following the Agile Methodology : Roadmap, Epics, backlog of user stories, kanban of bugs.

Chapter 4: Technical Documentation
This chapter brings together all technical materials and information regarding your Bubble App development such as datamodel, backend workflows, pages, privacy rules and much more.
